Performance Guarantee - Shared Hosting Plans

Inroads is committed to providing superior network and hosting performance for its customers. We provide customers a performance guarantee that exceeds industry standards while providing superior service.

For all shared hosting architecture, Inroads guarantees 99.99% availability each month (no more than 4 minutes, 23 seconds of downtime per month). This excludes non-availability from excluded causes, measured using Inroad's monitoring tools for the duration of any period of non-availability.

If Inroads does not meet this guarantee in any given month, you may obtain a credit equal to 10% of the monthly hosting fee for every 30 minutes of downtime (up to a maximum credit of 100% of the monthly hosting fee). To obtain a credit, you must e-mail Inroads at support@inroads.us within 15 days after the outage has occurred. Include your account number, plan, date, time and approximate duration of outage. Please include any other information about the downtime that might be pertinent. Inroads will notify you by e-mail after the system has validated your credit request.

"Excluded cause" means any lack of availability that results from (a) customer actions, customer content or any software provided by the customer, (b) Inroads scheduled daily maintenance between 12:00 am to 6:00 am Eastern US time, and (c) any force majeure event, as defined in the terms of service.
