What makes Inroads training unique? We differentiate ourselves from mass training companies by providing students with real world examples pertinent to today's business climate. Our training stems from the most advanced ideas in buyer-seller psychology and employee motivation and leadership. These sales training and management leadership programs share strategies for selling and leading in a tough competitive market.

Our classes are comprised of participants with similar industries and corporation size. At Inroads we don't overcrowd sessions - we limit our training to fewer than 20 students to encourage interaction. We know that real learning occurs when students are engaged in the learning process.

Training must make a viable difference to a participant's career and must affect the bottom line for a corporation. Inroads' programs offer significant value at a reasonable price. Classes are available in half and full-day formats, and can be modified for larger audiences at reduced rates. All preparation and class materials are included in the course fee. Inroads will build the client for reasonable related expenses.
