As we prepare the business plan, often we identify a need for one or more strategic partners to enhance the capabilities or open new markets for our clients. We can develop a partnering strategy, establish criteria for selection, and identify a short-list of candidate partners. As a third party, we are in a position to investigate the interests and strengths of potential partners discreetly and without compromising client intentions, and to facilitate discussions and negotiations effectively.

Strategic partnerships give you access to markets, management and money. Certain types of startups depend on strategic partnerships from day one because of the huge costs and lead-time to set up a strong sales and marketing organization. Our objective is to develop strategies to accelerate your revenue, while reducing costs and risk.

Strategic partnerships can run the gamut from licensing to merger, from R&D sponsorship to joint venture corporations, from component contract to complete product design, assembly, and test. The partnership can be a hybrid of these or a succession of these.
