eCommerce Website for an established New York City Florist
Objective
Scotts Flowers New York City wanted a new website that was mobile responsive with an upscale design. They also wanted to frequently update to improve the user experience and conversion rate. They required customer support from developer engineers and eCommerce experts.

How we helped
- Provided elegant and simple design that offered visitors the most popular choices and made the purchasing process simple and fast
- Added Live Chat feature that could be converted to email request when staff was not available. This resulted in a reduction in abandoned carts as people were able to get answers to any question very quickly
- Installed Automated Event Scheduler that allowed Scotts Flowers NYC to take advantage of the best flower holidays by announcing specials and featured arrangements specifically for that ocassion. The promotion is prescheduled by the customer and turns on and off on specified dates.
- Because of the requirement of frequent and responsive web support, Inroads offered Scotts our Gold Maintenance Plan which gives them 2 hours of support per month and "go to the head of the line" service whenever it is needed.
- A Flower Reminder Program was installed and integrated with the database. This enable customers to list important dates and Scotts is able to send automated reminders in advance of the special occasion.
- To help expand their offering beyond individual purchases, a call to action for Corporate Lobbies, Rooftop Gardens and Corporate Weekly Flowers was added
Results
The owners are thrilled with the results. They have used the event scheduler to create promotions around the major holidays. The coupon module is used for incentives, returning customers are rewarded. There is an outstanding database and social media is playing an important role in driving traffic, both online and in-store. Scott's also took advantage of Local Search Optimization on over 60 search engines and directories with Inroads Power Listings from YEXT.

Objective
A longtime client had done several websites with Inroads related to advanced technology developments in athletic clothing. After years of research and development the time had come to launch a new groundbreaking line of athletic wear for the serious athlete. The site required more than an advanced eCommerce engine. Highly technical graphic and video presentations explaining how XOSKIN technology worked required high end 3D graphic and video content.

CarelineMedical.com needed an eCommerce Website in the highly competitive area of online sales of Medical Supplies. Objective
A highly skilled and established medical practice in Rancho Mirage, California, Fleur Health needed help meeting "meaningful use" Medicare guidelines and also want to update the website to a mobile friendly design that served as a valuable resource for patients and staff alike.

- Inroads Creative Department created a new look that highlighted the expertise of the practitioners and their commitment and reputation for excellence in the latest OB/GYN procedures and surgeries.
